All of our servers have now been upgraded to FreeBSD 5.4. With this new release coupled with FreeBSD's increased
mutli-processor compatibility, improved file system, and a more mature code base we can increase stability,
performance, and reliability. However, some of the servers ran into problems during the upgrade process and
some cPanel information was lost. Though, all user files and mySQL databases were recoverable, some users are
reporting errors. If you are having any problems with your website, don't hesitate to contact us at
support@lghost.net.

We've made some extra recent checks on our servers and we've patched up any recent exploits. We
can safely say that the server is more secure than ever. Additionally, to prevent malicious
users from accessing your information, we've set up secure SSL interfaces to our order, trouble
ticketing, and client login systems. Best of all, all our servers now have Fantastico installed,
which allows our clients to easily install popular web based software for the usage by them in
only a few clicks.

To further enhance our commitment to our customers and their sites, we have installed cPanel Pro.
With this new addition cPanel has many new, exciting features such as leech protect, box mailers,
and image converters. Check out your control panels' or the cPanel demo to view them. In addition,
we have also installed urchin web statistics, an in depth web site analyzing software that allows
a webmaster an interactive view into your sites' visitors. If you would like Urchin to be configured
for your web site, just submit a support ticket at the
Client Area and request, "Urchin Web Statistics" and it will be setup as soon as we receive your
request.

As our company grew, we believed we had an opportunity to expand our services to a more broader area, and we
have chosen to offer new reseller plans. With these new reseller plans, you will have the chance to start
your own web host complete with your own custom packages and full management options. Our plans are available
under the reseller hosting plans page. And in other news, we have revamped our site to make browsing simpler
and to offer our new expanded services.

As Redhat is no longer being supported or updated, we have no choice but to switch operating systems.
After much deliberation we have decided to switch to FreeBSD. With this switch, we have gained greater
stability, reliability, and speed in our services. We've even been able to add comprehensive reseller plans,
aliased name server, and many other features. Just a heads up, you may notice some very minor downtime
in between switching servers and operating systems.

Hello, for the past couple of months we've been busy adding new payment options and preparing a new
affiliate section, and a web design section. They are almost done and will be available soon. Also,
we have broadened our support options by allowing you to contact us on AIM and MSN.
